Sparta, Michigan – On May 24, 2007, the Board of Directors of ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. declared a cash dividend on the Corporation’s common stock. The cash dividend of $.17 per share was declared payable to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2007. The cash dividend will be paid on June 29, 2007.
