CHOICEONE FINANCIAL ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

Sparta, Michigan – On February 15, 2007, the Board of Directors of ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. declared a cash dividend on the Corporation’s common stock. The cash dividend of $.17 per share was declared payable to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2007. The cash dividend will be paid on March 30, 2007.
