It is very simply, whether you have forgot your ID or password, or if it the correct password seems to not be working, give a call to your nearest ChoiceOne Bank location, or send an e-mail to and we can help you get the problem solved!

I have concerns about my identity, is the online banking feature secure and safe?

Yes, the ChoiceNet website is a secure website, therefore it has the latest in secure protection against any identity predators. The safety of your identity is of the utmost importance at ChoiceOne and we have taken all processions necessary to assure the website is safe.  ChoiceOne also uses Verisign software to encrypt communications from our website.

Does ChoiceOne offer online bill pay and how much does it cost?

Yes, ChoiceOne offers online bill pay through the ChoiceNet online banking system, and if you have a checking account with ChoiceOne, bill pay is completely FREE!

Can I open an account online?

For security and legal purposes you can open an account on the ChoiceOne Bank website.  Only the customer service representatives at your nearest ChoiceOne Bank location can help you open an account.

I heard the bank has an insurance agency, what types of insurance does the agency offer?

That is correct ChoiceOne Insurance Agencies is located at the main office in Sparta at 109 E Division. The agency offers a full line of insurance products for both personal and business needs. Visit the Insurance webpage for more information.

Can I get an insurance or investment quote at any of the ChoiceOne locations?

You can get a quote at any time from the Insurance agency several ways. You can fill out the quote request form online and you will be contacted within one business day, you can call our office or stop in! They are also happy to set appointments to go over insurance options or quote with you at another location if it is more convenient for you. Let us know how we can help you!

Will I be charged at any of the ChoiceOne ATM’s?

If you are a ChoiceOne customer, you will not be charged at any of the ChoiceOne Bank ATMs when it is used to access your ChoiceOne Bank accounts!

I am a former Valley Ridge Bank customer, how do I use my online banking?

The same way you did before. The ChoiceOne online banking system is the same great system you are used to using. Simply sign in on the front page of the site with your ID and password and you will log directly into the ChoiceNet system.
