Lead Teller / Rockford Office

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Lead Teller oversees all of the other tellers in the branch, ensures that they are doing their jobs properly, and schedules tellers to cover the bank and client needs. Well versed in all branch operational procedures. Actively participates in a sales and service culture consistent with the banks’ overall business plan goals. Provides working leadership and guidance to tellers through assignment of work and by providing technical guidance.

REPORTS TO:    Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency require
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years prior teller experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work with minimal or no supervision
  • Strong math and keyboarding skills required
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
